How to clean dust out of the vaio laptop ?

I cannot find fan , and i want to know how to clean it ?

Or a specialised mini vacum.

Thanks for the quick reply but I dont live there , I live in Asia and I cant spend money to buy vacuum or a air duster.
I could just buy something below below 15 Euros / 21 $ / 2157 Yen

You need to buy a special vacuum as a standard one can damage components... Could you not order the air duster?
