How to combine a part 1 and part 2 of a downloaded movie?

Hi guys, first i don't know what category should I put this, so i'm terribly sorry about that.

Well, i downloaded a movie which had a part 1 and part 2 of it, i think the format is DIVx or Xvid or something.
I'm asking how can I combine that two of it. without losing video quality?
'cause im too lazy to switch from part 1 to part 2.
