How to connect sony HTS to samsung led

Hi, i have sony HTS dav-tz215 having one HDMI out and RCA port, im unable to get sound from my new samsung 40k5570 led tv having component port.

The component video audio connections are inputs not outputs.
Your TV should have an optical audio output. If your Sony doesn't have an optical input you will need a DAC to convert to analog.

plus the cables to connect it all. You may have to turn the optical out on and the TV speakers off in the TV audio menu to get it to work. Depending on the DAC you may also have to set the TV audio output type to stereo.
