How to control my TV and home theater with same remote

I have Harman Kardon SB16 sound bar and swoofer which didn't come with a remote. How can l connect it to my LG TV with model number 47LG50-UA and be able to control both with the TV remote

Logitech manufacture remotes where you enter on a web page what you have, and then the remote is programmed to work with it. When on sale, you can get these for letting me $40.
