how to do a factory reset on a hp compaq mini

So i have a hp compaq mini 110c-1030ev and now for some reason when i try to boot up on windows xp it bsod me so i want to factory reset it is there like a function key or something

ps.nor does safe mode with or without internet works it still bsods

if i remember correctly. on HP computers you press the F11 or F12 to get into the system recovery menu

i tried f11 and f12 if it works it just tries to boot to windows right away

the drivers would be available to download from HP's website. you would look them up with your PC's model number

i tried on a different hard drive to install windows xp and install the hp's website drivers but not all were working most didn't even install and the trackpad's scrolling doesn't work
