how to download my game onto my hard drive

i bought sims 4 online the other day but unfortunately didnt look at the storage content and my laptop didnt have enough storage for the game download.. so i have ordered a new hard drive but when i click on the hard drives folder to download through that it wont work and on the back of the box it says no driver needed (except for windows 98SE) does this mean i should download that software? my laptop is windows 10?

Not really sure what you did there, you replaced your laptop drive with that larger one? Or did you order an external drive? You are missing a few steps here. Is that new drive seen is the system or not? And what drive did you get that has a requirement for Windows 98? That sounds like an old drive.
