how can I enable pdf files to copy and paste

Download Foxit reader. Use the 'view pdf as a text file' option. It's the option to the right of the hand. Then you can copy the text, and paste as you wish.

Emm, the pdf files are protected from editing, copying etc. You can use Advanced PDF Password Remover, I hope it is free now.
