how do u find activation code for windows xp for a dell computer

it's on a sticker, usually on the bottom.
if one isn't there then ask dell.

Product key code sticker on the laptop.

There might also be a product key code on a paper MS Windows certificate that came with the installation CD if you got that with your laptop.
