how to find the file if it hidden by the app file hide expert

I am not able to view the folder/mnt/sdcard/.hermit/recovery_area. I have uninstalled the app and reinstall the same but still not able to view the folders that was hidden previously with the File Hide Expert, please suggest some useful thing and not the same reply please.

Some backup apps deliberately hide backup files to stop them being accidentally deleted, my Sony phone does that.
But although they are hidden, the backup app's recovery mode should still be able to find them so try that.
