How to fix a laptop that turn off immediately after it turn on and can't factory restore it?

I have an MSI ge72 pro-003 laptop and it 1 year old. Every time I try to turn it on, it turn off immediately. The fan and the led keyboard light all turn on then off right after the msi logo appear. I try to factory restore it, then ( I forgot what it said) it said something like can't restore this pc, something like that. It been like this for 1 month now. How do I fix this problem?

- update: I can access the bio, when I access the bio, it give me like 10 min before it turn itself off.

Sounds like there's likely something physically wrong with the laptop if you can't even access the BIOS. I'd send it in to MSI for repair/replacement.

I can access my bios now. For some reason it let me stay on the bios page for like 5 to 10 min then everything went off
