How to fix a Samsung Galaxy tablet that has a black screen and can hear nonifacations

Help please this Samsung Galaxy tablet was very expensive and I need to fix it you can hear it when it charges or when a nonifacation comes on but it won't turn on and the holding down the volume + and - didn't work PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

It sounds like it is turning on, just the display isn't. If that is the case, and it is under warranty still, then you need to contact the manufacturer. However if it isn't under warranty any longer, then you have the option of replacing the display yourself. You may even find a video or two online on how to do the work. Or you can take it to a local tech and have them do the work.
