How to fix GT-N8013 Galaxy note 10.1 wi-fi tablet Wi-Fi is on but can't detect signals from my Android phone \devices ?

If it can connect to any other WiFi, then the problem isn't the tablet. Any other devices should function as a hotspot and be connectable just like any other WiFi. So it may be the Android devices you are trying to connect to are the problem.

What happens exactly when you try to connect?
