I purchased this for gifting...on the very first day I opened entered a password..but forgot gifted to my friend...but to remove password followed procedure given in Google..in the process it was given two options..but I clicked on option..this bloody blue screen appears restarting again again..showing "your pc ran into a problem needs to restart..we will restart for you...below inaccessible boot device.u we like to learn more search online...my laptop is blocked ...i

Okay, it is likely that the system files are corrupted for some reason. If you are getting as far as "inaccessible boot device" it could be either your computer failed to get permission to access the files you need, or the files you need are missing or corrupt. The easiest fix that would save a lot of headache would be the re-installation of windows. However, if you can access safe boot or even a command prompt, it is possible to recover this way.

What is the make and model? Most 11 inch 2in1's use eMMC flash memory up to 128gb are you sure it's an SSD?
