How to format an iPad with a keylogger

I have an iPad with a keylogger on it, and even if I format the iPad the keylogger retains data and it can be aqcuired if I connect it to a computer. Is there a way to completely wipe it, along with the keylogger data? It is my iPad by the way with my keylogger, I am just asking for security purposes.

How do you know there is a keylogger in it? Formatting should wipe it to stock from a stock image and not allow anything on it.

Me and my friend put a keylogger on our own iPads to try it out. We formatted his iPad and were still able to retrive data from the keylogger when connected to a PC, as if it deleted everything except for the keylogger, but there was no sign of it on ther iPad. We could still retrieve data that was logged before the wipe. Saved data, passwords, history, etc.

The data logged is sent to the keylogger host server, so when we retrieved the information it was coming from the server not the iPad. Formating the iPad will remove the keylogger though.
