How to get chrome when internet explorer is only browser and is not working?

Internet explorer is my only browser and won't open.

u can try ftp server

open any folder, click on adress bar and put inside ftp/ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/62.0/win64/en-US/
now copy that exe to your PC

If you are using Windows 10 you can get browsers from the Microsoft App Store.
