How to get my orbitsound bar working with my Samsung universal remote

I had a Samsung UE48JU7000 4K TV and a orbit sound m12 sound bar I have try multiple time to try and sync up the the universe remote from the TV what is a Samsung one but just cant get It to work I use a optic conection the reason I was this because the orbit sound remote is shite such good sound but let down from the controller

Could any help me at all please

Unless your Samsung remote has the Orbit Sound in it's database it won't operate it. You could get a remote that can learn the commands from the TV and soundbar such as the Logitech Harmony series of remotes.
