How to get numbers from dead phone

Have a dead lg phone and need contacts from it. Won't turn on or anything, internal defect. Phone Company could not help me.

If they are not on an SD card and you can't turn the device on, there is no way to get the data. The best you can do is get the numbers called/who called you and texted/who texted you from your phones bill or online account data. Granted it won't have any names, but it will have numbers, dates and times.

In the future I would really recommend backing up all data (photos, music, contacts, etc.) on any device regularly.
