How to get set up cd for toshiba sattelitelaptop

Hello,
I was given a toshiba sattelite laptop from a friend. Now a blue screen keeps coming up saying windows is corrupt and I can use the cd that came with the laptop, which I don't have. Is there a way I can fix this without the cd.
