How to have USB microphone be seen as non-USB to soundcard?

I'm using a Soundblaster soundcard and the voice effects can only be used with a mic that is plugged into the soundcard, not my mic that's using USB. Does anyone know a way to finagle something to where I can have the USB sound use the soundcards effects?

USB audio creates its own soundcard.
Your SB can apply effects to the analog mike because that processing occusr within the card, on thevanalog signal.
