How to hook up a Sony tv and dvd player with dish network to a soundbar

I have a Sony Bravia Tv and a Sony DVD player and Dish Network installed to a Maxwell Sound bar. When watching TV its good but watching a movie on DVD player the right side speaker buzzes.
