How to install whatsapp on a PC - anyone has experience?

My phone does not have the ability to connect to the internet; it's not a smartphone.

I'd like to install whatsapp on my computer. Yes, I know I can search on Google or wherever else for ways to do this, but I'd like to know if anyone else here has had experience with this. I don't know which methods are the safest or whether or not other crap will be bundled with them. That is the main reason I am seeking some advice here rather than just a random internet search. I have much more faith in this community than the internet in general.

There is no actual whatsapp for pc, it's a phone thing. you could probably run it through bluestack, which is an android emulator.

I heard that bluestack isn't very stable or something like that. Any experience with it?

runs ok for the things I use it for. Never tried whatsapp, but you can try. lol.
