how to lock touchpad

I have an Inspiron 15 7000 series laptop with Win 10. I need to lock the keypad, but can't figure out how. Also where can I find a list of the Function key options? It took me forever to figure out how to unlock my sound.

keypad & touchpad are 2 different things so which is it you want locked?
