how to make acer windows 10 NOT turn off randomly

ive got this latop a few weeks ago and somehow it keeps turning off randomly we dont know how to fix this problom so im asking you, we dont know what to do maybe its over heating?

Is it turning off during usage or when idle over time? Does it matter if you are plugged into power or not? Have you tried another power profile like high performance and disabling sleep modes etc...?

Try using something like HWMonitor and check your system temps as well.

Before you can stop it turning off, you have to identify why.

Check the Event Viewer to see if you can identify when it turned off:

A few weeks ago?? I wouldn't expect it to be overheating in normal conditions - and at that point, I'd likely suggest returning it to the manufacturer, you shouldn't have to deal with issues in shutdowns in a matter of weeks.

You might also consider using a powered USB HUB instead of one powering from the computer itself...if power consumption on USB gets too high you might see this behavior. Keyboards and mice won't use much power, but something like an external drive can use a lot of power.
