How to move skype history to another location?

I have searched around on how to move skype history but no good answers for it.

How to move chat history (main.db stored in C:\ ) to another location in E:\ and still see that history in a working Skype?

I prefer to store data (chat history) in another disk instead of C:\

You best assume it can't be moved then, otherwise instructions would be all over Google. If you're hard drive is getting tight on space, fit a larger capacity one.

well, yes and no. Looking for it, the skype storage folder itself can't be moved.
linking files in different drives is no-go also, so can't create link to main.db elsewhere in place of real one.
what can be moved, is whole appdata\roaming folder and ALL it's contents including skype chat logs.

As always, it is tricky and might need few trial runs before it would work. be prepared to corrupt the profile you are testing it on at least once or twice.
