How to open .ABM files or convert them into .JPG so i can look at my photos?

So i recently bought a new usb camera. Whenever i take a picture, instead of it going into a folder it goes into a file called all images or all capture. Nothing i have installed on my computer can open this file and if it can it turns it into binary. My old camera put all my photos in a file and there could be instantly opened using windows Photos (as they are JPEG) This new camera is turning all my photos into .ABM files.

It would help if you give the exact make & model of this camera.
Do they give you any instructions on what software reads their files or if the camera can use other common picture formats?
