How to Open CMD as Admin On the Log Screen ?

I want To Open the Command Prompt as Admin , while im on the Log onn Screen where the PC ask's for the Password For the Account User !!

Any HOW !!

If you're trying to bypass the password security feature, I'd suggest you do it elsewhere. So long as you're not trying to circumvent the security of the unit, you can try this:

this was good Info for Opening the Applications you want to on the LOG screen but , it could not help in the PC where the the Pre-Process has not been Done !!! darkbreeze But thanks !!
