how to play 5.1 movie via pendrive in dvd player

I have 5.1 channel movie in my pendrive. Can I play that movie in dvd player with 5.1 surrounding system

That depends. Does your DVD player support USB playback? As in, does it even have a USB port? If not, then you'll need to burn the movie onto a DVD.
