How to play audio out of 2 different devices without stereo mix

I want to be able to play audio out of my oculus rift and my monitor speakers at the same time, but when I go to sound under control panel I don't see stereo mix even when I "show disabled devices". I'm running a custom build gaming pc with windows 10. Is there any way to play audio out of 2 devices without stereo mix?
