how to recover device memory damage in samsung alpha

I got a samsung alpha mobile.Now it says " device moemory damaged .The data partition had been corrupted.you need to reset your device ti factory defaults.This will erase all your data".Earlier it had happened like this. I removed the battery, sim card and kept the mobile for nearly 10 hours. after that when I fixed them it started working.But now it is not happening.
