Hello,how can i reformat my notebook without a CD ROM drive?

Bootable usb flash drive with the OS installed on it or external USB optical drive.

Booting from a flash drive is possible, but it's a lot of trouble. It's much easier to spend $20 on an external optical drive.

another way might be using parted magic
or a linux live cd copied to a usb drive using universal usb installer.
