There are new programs on the computer that are not mine. Money is missing from my bank account. I tried to reset the computer and simply couldnt. It didn't let me.

If this is actually happening:
Contact your bank
Contact all your credit card accounts
From a known good PC, change all your passwords
Completely wipe and reinstall your entire PC.

Change the admin password on your router and the credentials for your wireless network, while you are at it.

While mucking about in your router settings, make sure to disable remote access as well.
