How to Remove specific Malwares

Hi guys, I accidently downloaded some malwares called torntv, omiga-plus and I want to remove them. Does anybody know a programm which can remove it for me. I know one, Spyhunter it scanned and I cant remove them coz I dont have full version. Please help, Thank you

and since I own Windows 8 , I can refresh my pc with reinstalling the window will it help to remove the malware i downloaded accidently?
