how to remove this sign in with google account on samsung y pro b5510

I bought this Samsung y pro GT-B5510 from someone from Congo who was in a bus when tried to put my sim card it says sign in with Google account which i tried my Google account it refused and i don't where to find this person. PLEASE HELP ME

No one here is gonna help you bypass any security for any reason. Probably not a good idea to buy a phone from a person on a bus no matter where in the world you are.
