how to repair a laptop if it showed black screen and some text that's keep continue

this past 2 weeks , while my laptop' battery is running low i always forget to plug in the charger and it went out suddenly, this always happens in this past teo weeks, this morning when i was trying to switch on my laptop suddenly the screen went black and there are some text which keep continue, what's wrong to my laptop? and how to fix it?
