How to replace built in battery?/ has anyone recently bought laptop amazon

Hello I have some questions, few years around 4,I bought two laptops, both had a REmoveable battery. That was great, now I noticed some new laptops have BUILT IN.batteries . Now this sucks. Since manufactures are ripping us off.

How would I replace the battery in 2/3years considering WARRANTY will be EXPIRED. Would it not be more difficul?


If you have bought a laptop from amazon recently could you paste the amazon link of your product and tell me if your battery is built in.

What does that mean. Does that mean its built in ?

that laptop has a removable battery. Mostly ultrabooks have built in battery's because they have to be light and thin.

Sorry for my ignorance but where does it say it has a removable battery, I was on amazon and I saw a laptop saying nonstandard battery. And after reading so,e comments. Someone said. The battery was built in. So what exactly does that mean. Nonstandard battery

Click on that and read the description. On battery it says non standard and someone comments that its built in battery. I'm confused and lost 🙁

From the title, how to replace a battery built into the laptop, you open the laptop unplug the battery and replace with a new one, is that easy. But the main concern is, how can a built in battery be found easily. It depends of the laptop, before you buy a laptop do some research on the possibility to replace the battery.
