How to replace the cover hinge and backlit Keyboard on the Acer Ethos 8951G?

Hi,

I want to replace some hardware on my Acer Ethos 8951G:

1. Backlit Keyboard

2. Cover hinge

3. And clean and replace all the thermal paste  of the processos.

Theres no videos or info on the internet related to this Acer model 8951G.

So can someone help me out how to do this please? Is there a video showing this?
