How to reset my laptop please

Can t reset my vaio vgn-ns20z
Tried everything
It s on w7 use to b on vista but there u go
Tried f10 Dosn t go to
Tried f8 no repair system
Don t no what to do no more !!!
Bad away my cd driver don t work no more thing got a virus so how can I restor my laptop now please please thank you

If you installed WIndows 7 on it, use te same method to install it again. If the DVD drive is bad you can create a USB boot stick with the Windows 7 setup using the Microsoft ISO to USB tool. You will need to create an ISO image of the Windows 7 disk and use that file to create the USB stick.

If you switched from Vista to 7 the restore partition was probably wiped.
Besides it would still be Vista wouldn't it?

Check Computer Management/ Disk Management, and see if there is a partition besides the System and Windows Reserve.
