How to reset PowerCFG Battery Report data?

I just replaced the cells in my 8 year old laptop battery and I'd like to reset the statistics tracked in the powercfg application (windows 10). I had found out once before on the web how to do this, but I cannot find it again. Anyone know how to do this?

It should be done in the command prompt. Here are two links to pages with the info on what you can do through this. There are a lot of options and you can do harm making changes in here, so be very careful.
