How to restore a toshiba back to factory settings

Hi, i have a toshiba satellite p750-103 that has a virus. I have already tried everything to restore default factory settings but my computer does not show the warning screen when press 0 on booting and when i go to the hdd screen i do not get the option that allows to restore it... Can anyone help me???

You have to press and hold down the zero key until the recovery screen appears.

I have done that but it does not appear. what appears is a screen with windows 7 and to press f8 i do that as i was told but the option to recover does not appear
