I have tried kingo root, king root, universal root, root genius, iroot and others without any luck.
Please help? Thanks in advance!

Have you looked in the Play Store for a root utility that operates within the device and not from an external computer? Have you tapped to become a Developer?

Thanks for replying, no I haven't looked in the play store but I will. I have tried to root from my computer and I have also tried from my device. I am running lollipop 5.1.1 and I don't think that there is a program that I haven't tried. I have been searching the forums including xda and I am seeing the same problem. There doesn't appear to be a solution at this point because the phone is fairly new.
I bricked my other cell so I am being very careful this time around. Henry

Take a look at www.hexamob.com. I know they use Kingroot (note the missing O) and I think it works in Android 5 but not 6. Can't do any harm to try it.

I would like to try but can't find phone and the systems stop at 4. I'm running lollipop 5.1 Thanks for the suggestion!

With king root keep doing it everytime it fails I did and after the fifth try or so it finally worked my Kyocera hydro reach is now rooted

Solution

Which version of kingroot did u use?

King root said its rooted but denies me root authorization how do I manually enable root authorization

Every time I try to root it fails, and I think it's because my bootloader isn't actually unlocked. I went into settings and enabled it to be unlocked, but I'm struggling to actually unlock it

A lot of manufacturers block the rooting process and so do some service providers. Have a look at this site and unless I'm wrong, your phone isn't listed. https://www.xda-developers.com/root/

I haven't been able to root my kyocera c6743.
The memory sucks on this phone, the battery doesn't come out. It's not a good phone.
I'm giving this phone a - 10 total bust
