how to see a follow button to my fan page on a mobile

You would have to talk to the place you set up the page through.

Who created it, or where did you created it on? You need to contact who or where.

Thanks for bothering but....we are the firm that created the page. On a computer you can see a 'follow' button. The same page on a mobile???....no follow button.
Even FB doesn't seem to know the answer.

Page on facebook? Talk to the person in your firm that did the mobile page.

It mobile friendly page, unless your firm using stock page from facebook. contact the person who did the page. Or hire someone who can design a mobile friendly facebook page.
