Solved! How to solve always stuck at wiping data for oppo f7

Im using oppo f7, it always hang, so i decided to do a hard reset. While in the recovery modes,im doing the hard reset, while waiting the progress to be done, my phone off because out of battery, then after im charge the battery, it always bootloop at wiping data progress and stuck there only, it cant finish the wiping progress.. how i want to fix this, anybody can help?

I never root,i just using the provided firmware

No.. the phone never get a damage

It just become so slow because i never using it for a long time.. so the software must be update.. so i just want to hard reset for clear the phone,then i want to update.. but it become like this..

Actually i didn't notice that the battery was so low.so during the hard reset process.the battery ran out and the phone died.and when i turn it back on, the phone keeps showing the data wipe process.but it will get stuck at the end of the process. When i force reboot also i will show the same things.

Yup.. its now in this factory reset mode... If i on the phone.. it will becone directly to wipe my data.. but it cant finish the process.. it will stuck at the end like it will stuck when progress achieve within 97% to complete.. then it will just stuck there until my batery finish
