How to solve unexpected shutdown

I am working with hcl me laptop.. It is shutting down unexpectedly... Whenever I open utorrent downloadedr...onething more is one temp is also not deleted though I tried shift del.. Blue screen comes writing dump files.. Plz suggest how can I solve the problem
