I accidentally opened an email to be from a very legit Website that turned out to be in an Asian language, it was spam of course

Now when I visit this website a little orange box written in An Asian language pops up in th bottom left of my screen. Does this mean my pc is infected?

Sounds like you installed something malware related.

Download and install malwarebytes anti-malware. Run a scan, and do whatever it recommends.

In addition, depending on your browser, get an ad-blocker. Something like ublock origin is very good.

Definitely try an ad-blocker then. Again, ublock origin is my favorite, but another decent one is ad-blocker plus

There is, but I'm not sure how and that's usually a huge pain to deal with.
