How to transfer images from personal computer to mobile phones

Can i transfer an image i received on my facebook acc. to a mobile phone?..if so how?

two ways:

if you have a smartphone just navigate to facebook.com, log in and then click the photo. save it to your phone.

if you have a smartphone plug the usb cable into your computer and press yes/ok on the option that pops up to use the phone as a usb device. drag and drop from pc to phone. if you have an old non-smartphone you might need to use a program called bitpim.
