Plug the phone in via USB cable. Then depending on the version of android you have a couple options. One, turn phone on and bring down notification screen, then select use device as usb device (not exact wording). Second option with newer versions of android is that the file explorer will automatically open, presenting you with the phone's file structure.

From this point, copy paste. All done.
