Likely a dead motherboard. Remove the RAM, battery and CMOS battery from the motherboard, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Without plugging in the CMOS battery try to turn it on. It should beep at you due to no RAM. If it beeps, plug in RAM and see if you can get a screen then. If not, motherboard needs to be replaced.
