How to turn web cam on for samsung notebook r510

i've downloaded drivers for the camera from samsung support what do i do next to find web cam can you help it's driving me mad samsung r510 notebook thanks

There should be software on the computer already that should turn the camera on. Take a look around in the programs menu and see what you can find. Either that or it should come on automatically if you are using a program like Skype.
