how to unfreeze an acer chromebook 14

i was in a hotel last night and immediately upon connecting my computer froze.

the little arrow is on the chrome icon and will not move. i cannot shut it down or do a single thing with it. as far as i know, there is no power-on/off button on my keyboard.

please help!

If there is a power button, try holding that down for around 10 seconds or so (common way to completely shut down a frozen computer). Also, try pushing the restart button (circular arrow) at the same time as the power button for a few seconds.
