How to uninstall applications in nokia 5130

Hello,my nokia 5130 phone memory is full but there is no files, how can i clear the unwanted temp or other files in mobile memory please help me

Look for the application menu in the options menu. From there you should be able to uninstall whatever it is that you want to clear up space.
